eScribe understands the importance of providing clients with flexible turnaround times to suit their deadlines. Our availability for higher priority assignments is dependent on the volume of work as well as the quality of the audio and/or video files submitted to us.
- Online ordering is accessible to registered clients accessible via their Portal.
- All turnaround times listed refer to ‘business days’.
- Weekends and public holidays do not count towards turnaround times.
- We are pleased to offer a dedicated service for urgent jobs required to be carried out on weekends and public holidays (surcharge applies).
- Turnaround times are counted from the day after we receive them, the cut-off being 3:00pm on any given business day.
